I kept putting it off and am only posting now.. I edited the photos, but I just did it roughly in Paint, so I don't know if they turned out properly..ㅡㅡ The photos got distorted too, so I don't know if they'll look right.. My square jaw was severe, so I worried about it for over 10 years and finally had surgery this time.. After doing it, I feel relieved.. I do have cheekbones, so I did think they might look more prominent after the surgery, but I didn't really have a strong intention to do my cheekbones.. It was only my square jaw that kept catching my eye.. The doctor also said to do the jaw first, and if I didn't like my cheekbones then, I could do them.. Anyway.. surgery was at 3:30, and I was discharged at 7:30.. After discharge, I threw up the porridge I ate really thoroughly once.. I'm the type who can't tolerate pain well, so after the anesthesia wore off, I made a fuss saying I was in so much pain, but everyone who had surgery before me was walking around for exercise as if nothing was wrong..;;; Actually it didn't hurt that much, it was more throbbing and stuffy.. Still, because I thought it might hurt, I took painkillers for 2 days, but after that I forgot to take them and still wasn't in pain;;; so after that I just didn't take them..ㅋ More than anything else, I was worried because the swelling wouldn't go down.. My return-to-work day was getting closer..ㅠㅜ Really, after 2 weeks passed and it became 3 weeks, I returned to how I looked before surgery.. The sensation below the right side of my mouth suddenly started coming back with tingling after 3 weeks, and the left side feels like it's about 80% back now.. Well.. I wasn't expecting a dramatic effect and did it solely because I wanted to get rid of my square jaw.. so I'm satisfied even though I'm puffy now haha Once all the swelling goes down, I want fat grafting;; During the week after surgery, I only ate three meals, so I lost 5 kg, but I'm gaining it back now ㅋ My mouth opens enough for 2 fingers to go in.. Well.. no problem with daily life.. On days I eat a lot and sleep, I'm very swollen in the morning, but after 2 o'clock it goes down a bit.. In the photos, the left and middle pre-op shots were taken one day before surgery.. The far-right pre-op photo was taken when I had gotten Botox and it was taking effect.. The last smiling photo was taken so you can see the front chin.. The swelling in the front chin shows the most when I smile..ㅎㅎ
