For everyone who had costal cartilage put in the nasal tip, I heard that if you use costal cartilage, you can’t make a pig nose. Does that apply to both donated costal cartilage and autologous costal cartilage, regardless of which one? Around me, it’s exactly half and half between people who are satisfied and say the shape came out well, and people who regret it because even putting a finger into their nostril is difficult and it feels like it’s not their own nose. My nasal tip has drooped so much in just 2 years. What do you think about using autologous costal cartilage?? I’m thinking about ㄹㅇ and ㄷㅇㅇㅠ
리얼 I heard it’s stiff, so it only moves a little from side to side. But because it’s that sturdy, some people prefer it, apparently. On top of that, for revision surgery, it seems like the trend is mostly to use costal cartilage..

From how it feels, I’m too anxious to press hard enough to make a pig nose But that doesn’t mean it feels unnaturally unpressable either. I guess medical techniques really have advanced a lot compared with before.
