For my first surgery, silicone, septal cartilage, and Medpor were used, and for my revision, silicone, donated costal cartilage, septal extension, and AlloDerm were used like this. I want to have everything removed, but my original nose is very low, with almost no nasal bone, and it is a wide bulbous nose. Does the lower the nose is, the more it collapses? Has anyone here had a very low original nose and undergone complete removal?
