It has been three months since I had functional nose surgery for a deviated septum and inferior turbinate, plus cosmetic rhinoplasty using autologous costal cartilage. If I remove it, will the foreign-body sensation, the feeling of things shifting when I turn my head left and right, the feeling that the pressure is uneven, the feeling that the columella is fixed, and so on go away? Functionally, breathing through the left and right sides of my nose also feels different, so it’s really hard. On top of the foreign-body sensation, the tip of my nose feels so tight that I honestly can’t live like this.

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
