Since I didn’t put in silicone, my nasal tip has gone completely upward, so my nose looks really big Today is day seven I’m thinking about removalㅠ I should have researched carefully from the beginningㅠ What effect is there if I remove the cartilage and only leave cartilage tying? If I don’t undo the cartilage tying and remove only the cartilage, the height will come down, right? In general, how much does removal cost? I have so many questions.
