I had revision nose surgery, and now I'm planning to remove everything again. There are four things: Silitex 2 mm, tip binding, ear cartilage, and a septal support. It's been 1 year and 5 months since the surgery. They say if you remove it, about 80% goes back to the original nose, but in the reviews some people said their nose got lifted and got all messed up, so they had revision surgery again... Doesn't it go back to the original nose?? Please answer me.

Complete removal after one month due to nasal inflammation
I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
