I used a columellar support pillar. The support pillar was used for the purpose of raising the tip of the nose. If I remove this support pillar, the tip of the nose will come down compared to now. Among people who had a support pillar used to raise the tip of the nose removed, did your nose come down after removal?? I saw a comment from someone here saying it wasn't collapsed, but the nose suddenly got much lower and the nostrils looked round. People who had it removed.. please leave a comment.
