Twisting the nose left and right after nose surgery...

I'm on day 45, and after a month passed, it started to feel like it moves a bit when I walk or move around??? Every time I walked, I had this feeling like it kept pulling downward~ Even when I lay on my side, it felt like it was tilting~ But now that feeling has lessened a bit, and now about 60%?? It feels like my own nose~ While watching TV, I saw someone twisting their nose left and right with their hand and moving it around a lot~ It even went upward~ Like that~ I had silicone for the nasal bridge and nasal cartilage for the nasal tip~ Since you're not supposed to touch the bridge the wrong way, I deliberately don't put my hands on it, and I touch the nasal tip occasionally, but it's extremely hard~ The clinic says it will soften after about 6 months, but from what I can see, I don't think it'll become like that~ Still, I just wish it could become somewhat like my old nose~ Even when I smile, only my nose stays stuck in place~ Even when I move my mouth left and right, my nose doesn't budge at all~ I don't think I could even imagine doing what that person did~ I was curious what surgical method lets the nose be operated on high, while still being able to lift it upward and shake it left and right like that~ I heard that person had nose surgery about 4-5 times~ Is there anyone who can do that???
