Letting go of 3 months of pain. Removal surgery

If you search by my nickname, you can find posts I wrote, and so on, so you can see how hard my life had been for the past 3 months. For 3 months, I couldn’t have any outside social life at all. For two months, I couldn’t even go to the supermarket in front of my house. After two months passed, I gradually started going out only while definitely wearing glasses and a hat. I couldn’t meet my friends either, and I just stayed at home waiting for the 3-month follow-up day to come. Right after the surgery, I was shocked by how my impression had changed, and 2 weeks, 3 weeks, and 1 month after surgery, my image had changed so completely that even my own face felt so unfamiliar. My low, small, round nose, which I had asked them to just raise very slightly as it was, had been raised as much as possible, with the columella standing up in a straight line, silicone shifted to the right, a longer nose, a drooping nasal tip, and the entire nasal shape and line had all changed. The consultation was barely about 1 minute, the surgical consultation was 10 seconds, and the removal surgery consultation was 2 minutes? As expected, from the beginning they never gave me a proper consultation, and it was just about the director checking it? That was about it. During that time I lost 5 kg, couldn’t do anything, cried every day for 3 months, felt sorry to my family, and spent the past 3 months only thinking that I wanted to live. Today I had the removal surgery. They told me to fast for 4 hours because they would use sedation anesthesia, but unlike the first surgery, I was awake from the start of the surgery, and it hurt so much. During the removal surgery, while sobbing and choking, I think I said “Please give me some anesthesia, it hurts so much” more than 10 times. The nurse told me not to cry because my nose would swell. It hurt so much I thought I was going to die. Everything that was happening to my nose, every single thing, I could feel it all as pain. Even when my stomach hurts, I usually don’t take medicine and endure it well, but after the removal surgery it hurt so much that tears streamed down, and I took 2 painkillers on an empty stomach. It still hurts now. People around me told me a lot that I should make a fuss and get a refund, but I had been so exhausted. I only wanted to end everything quickly and return to daily life quickly. But they made the removal surgery so painful, and I’m so angry that I wonder if this is a world where people have to make a fuss after all. I feel so hurt and hurt. It seems to be a world where people who say nothing, stay still, suffer inside, and agonize alone become fools. Because my nose is swollen, the height looks extremely high. But I really think it’s swelling. Still, the nose shape, line, and upper part of the nasal tip seem to show my own face and my own image. My older sister saw me and smiled brightly. She said my old look is coming back. Because cotton is attached under my nose, I can’t see what’s going on underneath, but it seems like nosebleed is flowing down. I’m also worried whether my old columella has returned and whether they sutured it well after the removal surgery. It was my first surgery, and it has been 3 months and a few days since the removal surgery. After the first surgery, when I found out that L-shaped silicone had been inserted, my head felt dazed for a while, and then I learned about the reputation of L-shaped silicone. They said they wrapped the nasal tip with L-shaped silicone and temporalis fascia, but today, after hearing what the manager said, she said something had been tied to fix somewhere, and I was so shocked because it was the first time I had heard that. I only heard through the female manager that if they did everything, it would return to its original state, and when I had the removal consultation with the director, he still did not give me a proper consultation until the end. I guess there, having the director look and confirm is what they call a consultation. He said that, in his view, my nose was not high. I don’t know how high women in Gangnam ask to make their noses these days, but as someone who, until right before surgery, kept saying “just a little, as it is, naturally, not noticeably,” I really cannot understand why they performed a surgery like this. To the people who comforted me while I was having such a hard time, thank you so much for the messages. I know how much those people understood me. Thank you. To those who sent me messages... I will pray that everything goes well for all of you too. Thank you. I know how frightening and scary it is when something happens in life that you never even imagined. I also know the painful hearts of my family members who watched me struggle. Now I think I need to love myself. Because I went through an experience others may never go through. With that realization, I should live diligently in this world, right? I just hope the progress stays good like this. Those who are planning surgery, please really be careful... Always keep unexpected things in mind, and even if you have a period like I did, overcome it
