Hello!! I'm not sure if you can see it well, but I gathered as many of my usual photos as possible.. The reason I'm writing is that I have a question about scar tissue.. I had surgery around early January, and now it's almost been 3 months. I had surgery with the closed rhinoplasty method, and I had silicone placed on the nasal bridge, surgery on the nasal tip, and surgery to lower the nasal tip. It's a photo, so it may not be clear, but.. the shape of the left side and right side of my nose are different. The nasal bridge and the nasal ala look separate from each other.. When I touch it with my hand, it's definitely noticeable. It bulges and protrudes around the nasal ala area. At first I thought it was just swelling.. and told myself to wait only 6 months, and if it still wasn't okay then I'd go to the hospital. That's what I was thinking, but not long ago I found out about something called scar tissue. When I looked at the symptoms, they were exactly my nose.. They say the nasal ala is not slim, but wide and large, and feels hard when touched. That's exactly my nose. My nasal ala is large, it doesn't have a slim look, and it's broad. When I touch it, it's hard too..ㅠㅠ I originally thought that after nose surgery, the nose was supposed to be hard, but apparently that's not it. Some posts say it all disappears with time, and other posts say you need injections or another revision surgery to remove it.. Does scar tissue after rhinoplasty go away with time?? Or should I hurry to the hospital and ask them to fix this???? How should scar tissue be removed?? If scar tissue is removed, will the nasal ala become a bit slimmer..? Oh, and do hospitals resolve scar tissue for free?? How does it look to you.. I'm seriously extremely worried right now!!! I'm scared. I don't want to open my nose again..ㅠㅠ
