I had nose surgery 3 weeks ago. My nose was not originally that ugly, so I only thought I would slightly raise the bridge, but the doctor said it would look pretty only if we did an osteotomy too and refined the whole nose, so I ended up deciding without knowing much about cosmetic surgery. I never thought I would regret something this much in my life. I can’t even meet people. I got greedy for no reason, and now I can’t live my normal life or do social activities. I have no confidence. They said they would operate using osteotomy, septal cartilage, and silicone, but later I found out they also used ear cartilage in addition to septal cartilage. They said they used ear cartilage too because there wasn’t enough septal cartilage. Are there cases where septal cartilage is insufficient? My nose has become completely upturned like a pig nose, my philtrum has become too long, my nose length has become too short, and it has changed into a very round, severe bulbous nose. My nose has become huge, and from the side, the middle part of my nose is actually sunken. The osteotomy also seems to have slightly shifted the center of my nose, and the shapes of my nostril wings are uneven. Strangely, maybe because of the bridge, my eyes look fierce and close-set now, and my whole nose is tight, hard, and round. My overall impression became so strange even after spending money, and it is stressful. I felt like I couldn’t meet people, but starting a few days ago I had no choice because I work face-to-face with people, so I met people. Everyone who saw me said something like, “Why does your face look so strange now?” and it has been extremely stressful. I want to remove it. Do I have to wait 6 months? Or should I do it within 3-4 weeks? It’s not simply because of swelling that my nose is short, round, fat and bulbous, upturned, my eyes look close-set, and my philtrum has lengthened, right? Especially since I even had an osteotomy, will my nose become bumpy? I just want to go back to how I was before, but if they used septal cartilage and even ear cartilage, plus silicone and osteotomy, is that difficult? How much does removal cost again? Please help me. For those who had to remove things after a failed nose surgery or have had removal, how was it? I wasn’t even thinking about osteotomy. I guess I should have clearly said I wouldn’t do at least the osteotomy.
