For my first surgery, I had bulbous nose correction and used ear cartilage for the nasal tip and septal cartilage, but I feel like the bulbous nose wasn’t corrected at all, so I want revision surgery. I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
