The first 2 photos are from 3 days after surgery, and the next 2 are before surgery. The next 3 photos are from 6 days after surgery, and the next 2 are before surgery. Ah, the swelling really isn't going down.... I'm drinking pumpkin juice, but how many packs a day am I supposed to have... I didn't get an implant; they did osteotomy on the nasal bridge, and because my nasal width was narrow without bringing anything in, they covered it with cartilage. They also did septal cartilage for the tip, and they didn't reduce the tip either. I guess the goal was to make it as natural as possible with as little touching as possible... I keep worrying every day about whether my nostrils are crooked or whether my nose is deviated. And because they didn't put an implant in the bridge, the hump is still there. Since I'm a man, I thought having a slight hump was okay, and if a hump nose becomes a perfectly straight nose, that can actually look strange, so I didn't shave the bridge all the way flat. But does the bridge look too low??
