I went for a revision surgery consultation. I had surgery without an implant, but the nasal tip was drooping and there was show-through, so I went, and they recommended total removal. I had only been thinking about revision surgery, so I hadn't considered total removal, but they said the drooping nasal tip could be lifted with cartilage repositioning.. If that means it would be possible without using costal cartilage, that would be the absolute best, so it made me think. After that, I went to consultations at several other clinics, and they said if I remove everything, I have to accept that it will droop, so I'm really torn
