I went for a consultation because I was considering complete removal. They seemed like they were trying to accommodate what the patient wanted. However, they said that if I remove it, I have to accept that the nasal tip may droop, and that nasal tip skin depression? could occur, so dermal reinforcement would be needed. And they suggested correcting the hump to the same extent as the nasal tip drooping. Also, combining functional aspects is optional. But I'm hesitant because removing that much of the hump feels burdensome.
