I went looking to make it a bit more glamorous (I referred a lot to reviews in this community). The director personally touched my nose and explained things. The atmosphere was very good, and they answered the questions I asked very carefully. They seemed to explain the widest variety among the clinics I went to, including the design I wanted, the design the director recommended, and the expected shape. It wasn’t just a rambling explanation without a point; I had a consultation focused on what was really necessary, with details added around that.
