DA nose, is this a scar?

I don't like my nose line either, and something that looks like a scar appeared near the columella.. If I apply ointment well, will this go away? It's all bumpy and feels like the skin was torn, so this is really stressing me out

Mine was like this too, but apply Dermatix Ultra very carefully. Don't apply it like you're putting on Fucidin; keep rubbing it in for about a minute so the medicine absorbs

It looks like scar tissue, so if you get a scar tissue injection it should improve??? This level should get better quickly if you manage it well
