Doesn’t the part marked in red in the photo look like it has come down too much? What should I do about this? I had surgery without implants, and they didn’t remove any cartilage either; they just adjusted the nasolabial angle. Since nothing was inserted, nobody around me can even tell, but I only ended up developing rhinitis, and my nose feels firmly fixed, so even picking my nose is uncomfortable. My nose feels stuffy every day. Also, that bone between the nostrils looks like it has come down like that, so that bothers me too. Does this normally happen after nose surgery?
