Nose Revision for a Long Nose

I had my first nasal tip surgery at a clinic, but it turned out too natural? so I don’t like it haha. I had a consultation at another clinic because I have a long nose, and I said I wanted my nose to become completely shorter while correcting the long nose. But they said that would make my nose look upturned and not pretty. Also, my nose was originally slim, but maybe because ear cartilage was inserted during the nose surgery, my nose now looks like a garlic scape? shape... it got bulky haha. I’ve even been told I look masculine because of my nose lol. I think it’s probably because my nose is long and plump like a garlic scape, so it makes me look more masculine. That’s why I desperately want revision surgery, and I want this revision to be the last one because I don’t want any more surgery. They suggested slightly raising the nasal bridge near the glabella and shaping the nasal tip in a curved form, but I feel like that would make the nose line look bad,, When I had Hiko before, my nose looked really short, so why doesn’t nose surgery give results like that time.. I want to choose a place that can correct a long nose to look much shorter and make the nasal tip slim and feminine. Could you recommend some clinics? Not natural-style clinics; since I’m spending money, please recommend places that do a polished~glamorous style. If anyone had a case like mine, even more so ㅜ please help
