A 1-month review after getting rhinoplasty at a clinic with Director Kim Seon-gu Since I had almost no nasal bridge, I had 5 mm? silicone inserted, and the nasal tip was done using septal cartilage. During the consultation, he said my nasal tip was bulbous and my columella was recessed compared with the nasal alae, so I also had bulbous nose correction, columella lengthening, and alar lifting. Just like during the consultation, the director and consultant were both very kind after the surgery as well. I thought the bruising and swelling would last a really long time, but after about 2 weeks I could go about daily life without any problem, and now at 1 month, the swelling has gone down so much that no one can tell. They said there is still swelling left at the nasal tip, so I’m going to keep watching it. They had told me that frontal improvement would be difficult to achieve a lot of because my skin is on the thick side. There are some parts that feel a little disappointing, but it was something that had already been explained to me and it’s due to my own characteristics, so I accepted it. My side profile improved a lot, but it also doesn’t look like I had surgery and is really natural, so I think people who want this kind of result would be satisfied.
