As soon as I had saved up all the money needed for nose surgery, among the hospitals I had consulted with, I chose a director who said implant-free surgery was possible and whose recommended surgical method and materials didn’t feel too burdensome, and now it’s been 3 months since I had implant-free surgery! I really didn’t want silicone inserted, so I wanted to do it without an implant, and I think only the parts I wanted to fix were improved naturally. Since my nose was low around the glabella, but the bridge dropping toward the nasal tip wasn’t exactly low, they used septal cartilage + ear cartilage + postauricular fascia to fill it in, then supported and extended the nasal tip before shaping it. Since it’s been 3 months, I think even the minor swelling has all gone down, and compared to around 1 month, it looks a bit more natural at 3 months. My nasal tip used to look slightly plump, but now it looks slimmer and better defined! I guess you really need to wait up to 3 months for even the minor swelling in the nasal tip to completely go down. Once the swelling went down, it looked natural, so people around me didn’t even know I had nose surgery(?) The nasal bridge is smooth too, and I like that there’s no foreign-body sensation.. I really highly recommend implant-free rhinoplasty!!
