My nose was originally kind of small? It was a hump nose, and I had sunken areas here and there on my face, so I was really bothered by how it made me look a bit olderㅠㅠ So I visited several clinics, and two months ago I got nose surgery and full-face fat grafting together. I think all the major swelling has gone down, and there may still be some minor swelling, but I can’t really tell. For my nose, I wanted a more dramatic look, so I used autologous costal cartilage, and I think I made the right choice going with autologous costal cartilage!! The director also said my nose was small, so I wouldn’t be able to get the shape I wanted with donated costal cartilageㅠㅠ I was a little hesitant because I was using autologous costal cartilage for my first surgery, but I trusted what the directors I consulted with said and went with autologous costal cartilage, and it’s good... For the fat grafting too, I asked them to make it natural and suited to my face rather than excessive, and I’m perfectly satisfied with it nowㅎㅎㅎ I’m still thinking about the second round! Getting my nose and facial fat grafting done together definitely brought my side profile to life, and when I look at photos, my face looks so much more lively than before, which is amazing.
