It’s a private clinic, and the consultant’s consultation felt kind of cursory, so I didn’t really like that, but the director was very kind. Their preferred aesthetic seems natural, and they seem to operate conservatively, and it seemed like they do a lot of implant-free surgeries. Maybe because they do a lot of functional nose surgery, during the consultation they looked inside my nose with something like a flashlight and instruments, and recommended functional nose surgery, saying that if I was going to do it, it would be better to do septal deviation correction together. But they also somewhat discouraged me, saying that although there is not absolutely nothing to fix if I have surgery, the amount of change would be somewhat small, and compared with that, rhinoplasty can involve more discomfort than expected, such as the nasal tip becoming hard, so I should think carefully. Maybe because they really like naturalness, if someone already has a nasal bridge and it looks okay, they don’t seem to recommend rhinoplasty unnecessarily. I ended up doing it at another clinic, but thinking back now, I think they were a very conscientious doctor in many ways.
