I feel uncomfortable posting my face online, so I’m not uploading photos The clinic didn’t tell me to write anything, but still, since I live alone, after getting rhinoplasty and coming back home, there were some things that were hard during the recovery period...^^ I’m posting this for data/reference Things that are good to buy after rhinoplasty -sterile cotton swabs -lip balm -small bottled water (don’t buy 2L bottles, buy 1L bottles) Things that were less necessary than expected -humidifier (I didn’t buy one because it felt like a waste of money) -plastic surgery pillow (it would have been better to have one... but you won’t die without it) The reason I said to buy 1L bottled water is if you buy one that’s too big, it’s heavy to lift, and especially everyone here who had autologous costal cartilage harvested like me will personally realize how much abdominal strength you normally use It’s also good to open the bottle caps a bit in advance Drinking lots of water + applying lip balm often is good to do often while you have nasal packing and a splint on Why... because at that time you breathe only through your mouth, so it’s more stuffy and difficult than you’d think At least for me, after the packing was removed, it got better Once the splint comes off, from then on, well, whether my mouth is dry or whatever, I’m just busy looking at the shape of my nose If you feel it’s hard to find a clinic before getting your nose done, -career/experience -reviews -how often it’s mentioned in a community? it’s better to look at things like that before going The third one might be a bit of a risky method, but by my standards, I think clinics that are conscious of customers at least look after aftercare and follow-up checks more properly That said, don’t go to a large clinic........ Large clinics do that many more surgeries, so even if one person posts something strange, they operate with an attitude of “so what?” Anyway, I also chose based on experience, and I did it because I like a flashy nose, but after surgery, honestly, I regretted it because my nose felt so blocked, you know? I felt like I paid my own money to buy trouble.....
