I got nasal bridge filler 1 year ago and also had Hiko 5 years ago. Actually, even before that, I’d had filler quite a few times, and I’ve lived constantly getting work done on my nose area, to the point that there was hardly a time I didn’t touch it.. I like a Winter-nose kind of vibe, so I brought a photo. (The attached photo is the one I brought..) I used to think Winter’s nose was very pointy? (during the Black Mamba era), but these days it has become much more natural. The recent, more natural feel is the style I want. Honestly, I just like a glamorous look, so I said I was okay with using rib cartilage, but the consultant was like, “Is that really necessary?” And I’ve also had quite a lot of lip filler, so maybe because of that, my mouth looks a bit more protruded. They said my nasal bridge and nasal tip need to project a bit more for my overall facial proportions to look balanced ㅠ (I didn’t say this first, but the director pointed it out exactly during the consultation, so I was surprised…) Because my nostrils look prominent from the front, they said I need nostril lowering. In my case, my columella is a bit droopy, so they said the columella also needs to be shaved downㅜ For now, I decided to do it with donated rib cartilage, but I want to use autologous costal cartilage, so I’ll probably keep thinking about this until the day before surgery. The surgery date is set for one month later for now, but I’m planning to look around more... I’m looking in the 3-4 million won budget range (I don’t want to go over 4 million), so is there any other hospital you could recommend for a slightly Winter-nose-like natural~natural-yet-defined? style + under a 4 million budget.....
