Hello. I originally had a hump nose, They slightly rasped the upper part, and even though my nasal bridge was high, they covered it with 4 mm for the hump I had surgery done. Two years later, it was too high and unnatural, and after the surgery I found out it was straight I-shaped silicone that came all the way down to the nasal tip. I had that removed and had osteotomy, no implant, septal cartilage, and nasal tip surgery. It has now been about a month and a half.. The area around my mouth still feels awkward, and the philtrum area doesn’t feel like my own face. I don’t know if the osteotomy was done strangely, but when I touch the right side of the middle area between the nasal bridge and nasal tip, it is deeply sunken. The left side is sunken too, but not as badly as the right. Is this something I didn’t know about when the silicone was in, and now it shows because it was removed? Or did the osteotomy go wrong and that area became depressed? It is the middle area between the nasal bridge and nasal tip. So when I take photos, the protruding hump is gone, but the middle area is not smooth; it dips in and then the nostril wing protrudes, making it look even more noticeable. The nasal tip also lifted slightly more than before. Is it more visible because the nasal tip lifted..? I want to lower this nasal tip back into a straight line like before. What method is there? Or will it come down more once it reaches 3 months?? I’m so frustrated, I can’t meet people and I’m only staying at home ㅠㅠ I keep looking at old photos and crying.. I’m a man ㅠㅠ I really feel like my life has been ruined. More than when I had it done, I keep strongly thinking I want to go back to how I was before I did it. When I had silicone, I still thought I looked somewhat decent, but now it’s neither here nor there, and my impression has become kind of ridiculous.. What should I do?ㅠㅠ They keep saying revision surgery can be done after 6 months, and I really feel like I’m going crazy.. Please help
