After silicone, it shines too much ;

It has been almost a year since I got a 3 mm silicone implant in my nose. There is no problem at all with the shape, but only under certain lighting, my nose shines too much. It looks very glossy, and the outline is clearly visible. Actually, on clear sunny days with good sunlight it is okay, but on dark, cloudy days or in places with a lot of fluorescent lights on, it stands out especially. Like someone who applied a lot of highlighter.. Is silicone originally all like this, or is it because of my skin itself? So these days I keep thinking about whether to replace it with dermis
