Change in Eye Shape After Nose Surgery

I had revision surgery in January last year. Originally, I had a childlike face and a small nose with no bridge. During my first surgery (4 years ago), I made it as natural as possible and raised the nasal bridge slightly, but people could barely tell I had done my nose, and as the bridge became more defined, my eyes looked sharper. My eyes were originally large and round, but they seemed to be pulled slightly sideways. Then the Gore-Sili in my nasal bridge and the septal cartilage in my nasal tip broke. About a year later ... -_- By the second year, the break was visible to the naked eye, so last January I went to another hospital and had revision surgery. But after the revision surgery, the nose shape is more natural and prettier than before, yet as the starting point of the nasal bridge came lower, my eyes became round again. Somehow my overall impression is rounder than after the first surgery. I had surgery on my nose, but my eyes changed.
