I’ve had my 4th revision rhinoplasty.. and I’m considering a 5th revision. Up to the 3rd time, I had revisions because the silicone... was crooked. My current 4th nose has been raised too excessively for my small nose, so a thick silicone implant that doesn’t fit my nose is in place. Because of that, the bridge of my nose sometimes turns white, sometimes black, and also red. The color along the nasal bridge line is also strange. In this case, I think the principle is that the skin is being pulled tight and blood isn’t circulating, so the color becomes abnormal. It has now been about two months since my rhinoplasty. There is something I’m curious about here. For now, I’m waiting for a 5th surgery to lower the silicone. It’s been two months now, and to have another revision I need to wait at least 4 more months. During that time, will it be okay to stay like this.. without causing problems? Right now my nose feels tight and I also feel a foreign-body sensation. I also had osteotomy, and the reason I had osteotomy was not because my nose was big, and not because it was wide, but because I was afraid my nose might become crooked again, so I went ahead with osteotomy. I also shaved down a slight hump, but it seems like it would be hard to remove it and wait, right? It’s hard to decide what choice to make. I’m scared and afraid to have a 5th surgery. It’s also hard to live with this nose for 4 months. Because of my sensitive personality.. I lost 7 kg in two months.. and I also developed seborrheic dermatitis on my scalp from stress. I don’t think this is a matter of money. Like 0

5 years ago, I had my first rhinoplasty using donated costal cartilage and ear cartilage. What I wanted was a straight-to-slightly-curved line, but it didn’t come out the way I wanted. At first, I tried to just be satisfied with it, but it
Nose Surgery Reviews@rhino-reviewApr 30 Is rhinoplasty difficult if I want to keep my dorsal hump?
I want to correct my bulbous nose, so I went to consultations at a few places. They all said that if they put cartilage in the nasal tip and raise the tip, they would have to shave down the dorsal hump on the nasal bridge and place silicone

I’m a man, and my nose used to have a slight hump, but it wasn’t high and was small, so it didn’t have a masculine feel, and it didn’t really look handsome either. This time, I had surgery with Director Kim Ji-hoon at Ppeulli Plastic Surger
