Among the places I went for consultations, the surgery cost was the most expensive. Maybe because the director came after finishing surgery, he seemed slightly soulless, but he explained things professionally. They took a side-view photo and edited it in Photoshop. I wanted to raise my nasal tip more, but they said raising the nasal tip on my current face would not work, and that the hump should be shaved down to make the nose a little smaller. There were parts that didn’t really match the look I’m going for, so I don’t think I’ll have surgery there
