The director and consultant were kind. The consultant absolutely did not pressure me about a deposit and said I could comfortably go consult at other places and come back. I thought I would use septal cartilage + ear cartilage, but they said since I was just slightly lifting the nasal tip, ear cartilage alone would be enough. But they recommended alar reduction, which I had not thought about at all, so I’m a bit conflicted. I’m also worried whether it won’t collapse if only ear cartilage is used, so I haven’t made a reservation yet
