Not commercial at all, feels like a professor. Critical of other hospitals' sales tactics, which builds trust. Seems professional. For now they are number one, but I want to look around some more. The manager is savvy, kind, and elegant. They do not have weird discounts all over the place, and they do not confuse people with same-day reservations, which is also good.
