I wanted to do it without an implant, but since my nasal bridge is on the low side, they also recommended custom silicone. The consultant and director were kind and asked in detail whether I had any more questions. But they explained things well, so there wasn’t much to ask! In conclusion, they recommended custom silicone + ear cartilage + septal cartilage.
