Director Kim was kind and drew the line several times for me. I don’t remember the female manager’s name, but there was no excessive pressure to have surgery, and she honestly told me that she thought it would be better not to do certain parts, so I trusted her. I had a lot to ask, but since it was my first consultation, I’m a little disappointed that it ended briefly.
