I had heard a lot that the director is like a professor, and he really did feel like a professor. He seemed to consider the patient’s needs the most important. You need to explain in detail what kind of face you want. At other hospitals, the director often sets the direction, but here they emphasize only the line the patient wants. I think both approaches have pros and cons, but the line the director planned here was exactly the line I wanted. I thought that if I had surgery here, I would get the face I wanted. The director is not particularly the friendly type. Instead, the consultation manager is not commercial and is friendly like a friend.
