It’s been a little over 1 year since I had rhinoplasty The ones labeled 1 and 2 show how I looked when only a few months had passed after surgery, and the photo below is how I look now. I had dorsal hump removal + cartilage tying + silicone.. The dorsal hump was shaved properly on the left side, but the right side wasn’t shaved properly.. So when I turn my head, there’s an uneven contour, and I wonder if the cartilage tying was done wrong? There’s also an uneven contour... I was going to have osteotomy, but the doctor said not to, so I didn’t. Now I regret it too... Please take a look and tell me how it seems
