My nose was upturned, so my nostrils showed a lot, and I had my re-revision rhinoplasty done here. I chose this place because their noses don’t look too slim, and rather than just looking high, they look sturdy, and they seem good at lowering the nostrils. During the consultation too, they said they would operate in a way that was sturdy and maintained the condition as much as possible. Maybe because it was done with autologous costal cartilage, the surgery took a long time, and at first it wasn’t just sturdy, it literally looked like a bulbous nose from an ENT surgery review. I was so worried it would settle like that, but after about a month, a lot of the swelling did go down. Now it has settled to some extent. I don’t know if it’s just me, but the swelling seems to be going down more slowly than expected. Still, the manager was easy to reach, I checked progress here and there, and the result was okay, so I’m doing well now. The nostrils definitely came down, so I think it was successful, and it seems the swelling still needs to go down more.
