I went in with high expectations for the consultation, and I don’t know if it was just me or if other people felt the same, but I had a lot of questions, and the explanations weren’t long, so I didn’t feel like everything was resolved. Since it was revision surgery, I wanted them to clearly identify what went wrong with the first surgery and the direction for improvement, but I think those parts were somewhat unsatisfactory. It wasn’t that the explanation felt unkind, but they did explain things, only it felt too short and like they only gave the conclusion..ㅠㅠ Personally, I consider communication during the consultation the most important thing, but if anything, I felt more disappointed after going to the consultation. The staff didn’t feel unfriendly.
