Eye Surgery Considerations@eye-think

The Door community review

They didn’t take a CT before the consultation. They just took one side-profile photo. There was no consultation fee. First of all, it was my first nose surgery, and I didn’t like that they recommended autologous costal cartilage. The price was also higher than I expected. (Probably more expensive because it was autologous costal cartilage) They didn’t even touch my nose, and just held it once with a cotton swab, that was it. They printed the side-profile photo and consulted by drawing the surgical line over it with a pencil. (They were so serious about drawing that I thought it was art class) The consultation felt fast-talking, businesslike, and mechanical. The consultation with the director was short, around 10 minutes, and even for minor questions, they got visibly stern and embarrassed me by saying not to ask things unrelated to surgery. The consultant is fairly kind. I went because I thought it was considered one of the better hospitals in this community, but I was left only with unpleasant feelings.
