Nose Re-Surgery

Megaderm vs Innofit

Hi, first of all, my situation is that the previous doctor used double silicone (7 mm...) so I ended up with a saddle nose. So we decided to remove the autologous costal cartilage from the tip of the nose (I said I wanted to remove it because I do not like stiff things) and reconstruct the saddle-nose area. If we do that, it will become uneven, so we need to either lay a thin layer of silicone or lay dermis on the bridge of the nose. This is my third surgery and I really do not want to do it again, so I was leaning toward dermis rather than silicone, but as I looked into reviews and papers about dermis, putting aside absorption and spreading, because it is a relatively recent material, I was worried that there are no long-term follow-up results... I was prepared to accept absorption, and I felt that spreading is influenced more by the technique than by the material itself. If it were up to me, I would want to remove everything, but then it would really become a saddle nose, so I do need to use some kind of material. If you were me, what would you do? Innofit thin vs Megaderm... If anyone had surgery using dermis and was satisfied or dissatisfied, please leave a comment. Thank you.
