One-month review of revision surgery after 10 years because of insanely severe nasal tip drooping

10 years ago, as soon as I turned 20, I begged and begged my mom and got nose surgery, which had been a lifelong complex for me I heard an acquaintance of my cousin worked as a manager at a plastic surgery clinic, so I just followed my mom there without shopping around.... ha I was scared, so I didn’t want silicone and only wanted alar reduction, but the doctor at the time said it couldn’t be improved with just that, so I had “nasal bridge osteotomy + ear cartilage for the nasal tip + alar reduction.” Even back then, I paid about 3 million won for it.... lololol At some point, my nasal tip started drooping so badly that it became worse than my natural nose... When I took side-profile photos, it wasn’t even a hump nose, but it stuck out like one, and the nasal tip drooped. It was just a total mess But the thought of getting nose surgery again was so scary, and the cost was a burden too, so I thought I’d just live with it. But with my wedding photoshoot coming up this year, I kept noticing only brides’ noses, so I finally made up my mind and got revision surgery I got a CT scan, and my nasal septum was extremely deviated (to the point that when I inhaled sharply, one side of my nose didn’t move... lol), so I ended up doing functional surgery (deviated septum + inferior turbinate) + cosmetic surgery (silicone + septal cartilage + donated costal cartilage, removal of the existing ear cartilage... ha). I did alar reduction one more time out of my own desire, but I emphasized that it had to be natural no matter what!!!! so I don’t think they did too much!! It’s been about a month. My first surgery was very simple, and it was my own ear cartilage, so I wasn’t too worried about side effects, but this time it was a fairly major surgery(?) so for a month my anxiety about side effects and inflammation was at its peak. Now that the swelling has gone down a bit, I think I’m okay.... hahaha It may be hard to believe, but all the before photos are already after having had my nose done once........ ha My original nose was plump and my skin tissue is thick, so it couldn’t become completely slim, and since my face isn’t a flashy-looking face, I asked them not to make it glamorous, but absolutely natural!!!!! and suited to my face After my first nose surgery, my complex was my side profile, so I’m so, so happy that my side profile improvedㅠㅠㅜㅜ
