My nose was one that had changed shape over time after surgery 13 years ago, with all the cartilage inside absorbed and some contraction having progressed. The line I prefer is a straight-curved line, but I said I like a straight-curved line that is closer to straight than curved. I said I don’t like anything too flashy and prefer a natural yet refined look. The result looks more curved than straight, though.. Anyway, I had surgery lowering the silicone and using autologous costal cartilage and ear cartilage. Because there was asymmetrical nostril exposure, I had nostril lowering, and they said they would fill the indented? pinched? area above the nasal ala a bit with MegaDerm. For now, the issue of blood pooling at the glabella is being left to absorb naturally instead of being drained with a syringe. They told me to wait, so I’m waiting. Currently, the swelling has gone down a lot compared with the beginning, and although there is still swelling at the glabella so it looks high, and there is bruising on the nasal bridge, it has improved compared with the beginning, so I’ve decided to trust the process and wait. From the front and 45-degree angle, I think the nose has come down a lot and gotten longer. But from the side, I’m not sure if it’s still swelling, but the angle looks a bit upturned.. Is it because the glabella and nasal bridge area is swollen that it looks even more that way? They also say this will come down once the swelling goes down, so I think I just need to wait.. I don’t know if it will come down, though.. And another thing stressing me out is the front view. ... When looking from the front, I don’t know if it’s because of the MegaDerm or because of the nostril lowering, but my nose has become huge...ㅜㅜ Seriously, half my face is nose, and the center of my face is so filled up that all I can see is my nose ㅜㅜ I’m seriously thinking about asking them to remove the MegaDerm they placed over the indented area.. Should I ask them to remove it as an early correction before 3 weeks pass..? I really wanted my nose to become fuller, not this thick and bulky.... MegaDerm doesn’t have that high of an absorption rate, does it? ㅠㅠ
