Cartilage showing through

I had ear cartilage for the nasal tip + hump correction in July last year, and it started showing through around February. I went to the clinic, and they said it was definitely showing through and that I could have surgery by adding postauricular dermis. But I already didn’t like the shape because some hump was still left, and now the cartilage is really obviously showing too, so when I asked how much it would cost, they said 1.5 million won.. On top of that, they talked as if the surgery would be over in 30 minutes, and the way they made it sound so easy also annoyed me. I’m so dumbfounded But anyone can tell it’s really noticeable, even though it can be covered with makeup, and I see it every time I look in the mirror, so I’m so depressed. What happens if I just leave this alone? Can the show-through get worse? It’s not going to stick out sharply or anything, right.. I want to die. My mom was the one who dragged me to get the nose surgery too. I regret it so much, and after coming into this community and searching for cartilage show-through, I just keep getting endlessly depressed.
