My contouring glow-up review lol

<Before surgery><After surgery>The before-surgery photos are so raw that I’m a bit embarrassed to post them, but I should show things as they are for the difference to really come across, so I’ll just post them! lolol I had two procedures done at Saegim: cheekbone reduction and a long-curve contouring procedure, and people around me keep saying it was worth lying on the operating table. I do wonder if someone I know might recognize me here, but I want to show that a person can change this much with facial contouring and nose surgery, so I’m posting confidently for now.. As you can tell from the before photos, I had a serious complex about my cheekbones. I often heard that my face itself was small, but because of my cheekbones, even when I covered them with my hair, my face looked broad. In person, I actually heard fairly often that I was pretty, but whenever I took selfies, the width of my face was… ㅡㅡ;; You know that old movie Sunny, right? There’s an actress in it whose cheekbones protrude a bit... There’s a line said to that actress, “Spit out those ping-pong balls before you talk,” and when Sunny was all the rage, my nickname became ping-pong ball... lol Just from that, you can tell how much of a complex it was for me, right haha… It wasn’t like anyone would obviously say, “Your cheekbones are bulging!!” but it was that subtle feeling that made my face look wide and heavy.. I hated that, so I saved up money to get facial contouring, and I really did a lot of research online and in person. It was to the point where I wondered if I’d ever worked this hard on anything in my life. If I’d studied this hard, I probably would’ve gotten into SKY universities and then some... I think 80% of why I chose the clinic was the consultation with the director. The consultation itself wasn’t that long, but it felt like that short time was packed full of substance? The director has a very cool, straightforward style, and he clearly told me what I didn’t need. I thought there was no way someone like this would mess around with my face, so my decision was made. Honestly, right after surgery.. because of the medication, I wasn’t feeling well, and the surgical areas hurt, so ㅠㅠ I was really out of it, but the pain got better by around sunset the next day. I stayed hospitalized for one day and went home the next day after being discharged. Maybe my memories are getting beautified as time passes, but since the pain gets better in a day or two, it felt bearable...? Instead, after that, having to wear the compression band on schedule and having to be careful with food were the hard parts for me haha I know I really shouldn’t have, but I even thought about ignoring the director’s instructions and eating carbs.. But having to gargle after eating was annoying, so I think I endured it while holding back lolol This kind of lifestyle is only temporary too~ If you just come to your senses, one month has passed, then two months have passed, and before you know it, it’s already time for the next follow-up.... Around that time, people around you really start telling you that you had a glow-up, and I also fell into narcissism and started taking tons of selfies lolololol Once my face became slimmer, there was no need to use apps like SODA or Ulike xx I’d heard that facial contouring has the biggest impact on changing your image, and after experiencing it myself, really.. I think facial contouring alone can completely change your image.
