I originally thought it was septal extension, but it turned out they had extended it only with ear cartilage. I guess that’s at least a relief. For now, as for the shape, my original nose was really broad and flat, so I expected it, but it’s still hard to get used toㅠㅠ The side profile is higher than my original nose, but I wish it would come down more. Up to this point it’s okay, but what I’m a bit worried about now is that my original columella was a bit crooked, so maybe that’s why, even after removal, it’s still crooked. But I’m worried because it seems more crooked than my original nose. I hope it’s swelling, but I do think it might just stay like this. If you have anything you’re curious about, ask and I’ll answer.
