I was hanging around this community, and maybe people who had removal are doing okay so they no longer come here, so is that why there aren't many replies...
Anyway, it has been 2 weeks since my nose surgery.. My nose turned out natural-looking and everyone says it turned out well, but I feel guilty because I think I judged too hastily.. After surgery, I don't feel confident that I can keep living with the foreign-body sensation from the implant.. My mind is firmly set on removal.. I'm going to have a consultation next week and get it removed
In my case, nasal bridge: silicone, nasal tip: ear cartilage
That's what I had done, and the height was not raised that much either...
The scariest thing is that everyone says you shouldn't expect your old nose to come back perfectly, so I've let go of that expectation but I'm worried about depression, contracture, and columella drooping. Even for someone like me who removes it right away, is there a high chance those could happen? I cry every night because I want to go back to my own nose..
Please, I beg you to reply...
