After nose surgery, I couldn’t smell well. Now it’s been a year and it has improved a lot, but my rhinitis got worse after the nose surgery. And.. I had nasal tip surgery (septal extension/support strut), osteotomy, and bulbous nose surgery. It feels so tight, like someone is pulling on my nose. Do I need to remove the nasal tip work, or should I have surgery to reverse all of the bulbous nose surgery?
