It hasn’t quite been a full two days yet. At 5 p.m. it will be exactly two full days! When I woke up in the morning, my nostril size seemed a little smaller than yesterday, and the triangular nostril shape also looked a bit improved. So the uneven shape seems a bit better too. Or... have I just gotten used to it from looking at it so much haha;; Seeing that the swelling between my eyebrows has gone down more than yesterday, I guess the swelling in my nose has gone down a little .. just a very little. But. People who had cartilage put into the nasal tip and then removed say that area feels like a cherry tomato. I didn’t put cartilage in the nasal tip. They put septal cartilage into the columella like a column and made the nasal tip.. According to the doctor, very slightly higher.. Anyway, for me that area feels like a small cherry tomato has been placed on it. Not the nasal tip... but the area where the columella and nasal tip should naturally droop is swollen a bit round... I think that was exactly where the septal support strut had been placed.. Seeing that it aches and stings.... After surgery, I was making a fuss that my nasal tip had lifted, my columella was pulled, and my nose got shorter and so on, and after removal, whether the area between the nasal tip and columella is swollen... or because the support strut was removed.. it is round and drooping... now I’m scared again that it will keep drooping like this... Seriously.. after surgery and after removal.. crying and laughing over the opposite situations.. It feels like some kind of comedy show.. I feel so pathetic.. But... other people say it lifts slightly because of swelling after removal... why am I not lifted... and why did the area between my columella and nasal tip become a round fatty lump....ㅠㅠ Oh my... really~~~ I’m dying to take the tape off.. Still, I guess I should wait until full day 5. How does my current condition seem? ;;;Sigh~ Also, those of you who removed. I’m planning to start warm compresses from full day 3, and for massage, I heard that touching it early can aggravate the wound and instead increase scar tissue... so I plan to start from 2 weeks after removal. They say warm steam on the nose is good. When can I start that? If I do it early, since the wound hasn’t healed, it probably won’t be good, right? They say no sauna for a month after surgery too.. but when I see people who had removal... many of them used steam within that time... When is it good to do it, and what is good about using steam? Please answer~
