Shape is one thing, but after surgery I even developed rhinitis symptoms, so I ended up going around for consultations at clinics specializing in noses. They told me a lot of realistic things, so I think it helped me more in deciding the direction of surgery. They also answered questions well, so if you’re planning to go, it would be good to organize your questions in advance before going. They seem to prefer safety over dramatic changes.
