<Before rhinoplasty><After rhinoplasty>Before getting surgery, I had a hump, and I had tried a thread procedure once, so my nose was really in an awkward stateㅠㅠ I had looked into all sorts of things because of my nose and had even gotten a procedure, but the reason I got rhinoplasty was... I didn’t like the shape ㅠ Honestly, the thread procedure had so little effect that I couldn’t even proudly(?) say I had gotten it done... I felt like I was gradually moving farther away from the look I wanted, so I ended up getting rhinoplasty from Director Kim Jun-hyung. I didn’t like noses that were too natural-looking, so I told the director to make it look elegant but definitely noticeable. My nose originally looked blunt, and the bridge looked thick starting from between my eyebrows, so I said I wanted it to look a bit slimmer ㅠㅠ I left the choice of nasal materials entirely up to the director.... If I had heard anything that made me go, “Huh??” I wouldn’t have done it, but the more I listened to the explanations, the more everything made sense. First, the threads were removed ㅎ and the main focus was correcting the hump and bulbous nose. My ear cartilage is on the larger side too, so I was told costal cartilage wasn’t needed, and only ear cartilage was used~~ But if I compare recovery from a procedure versus surgery, definitely 2... surgery is harder ㅠㅠ But it wasn’t like I went into it not knowing that, and I thought it would be okay as long as the design came out well, so I think I endured the period with the splint on with sheer determination. Still, after 1-2 days it became tolerable, but while I still had the splint on, the inside of my nose was itchy, and that was pretty painful... Ha, I kept getting such a strong urge to dig at it with a cotton swab.... Still, once the splint came off, I was really satisfied with the shape of my nose... Even taking swelling into account, the final result itself is completely different from threads.... It also made me wonder why I even got threads ㅠㅠ If friends around me are considering threads or fillers, I honestly want to stop them no matter what and tell them that if they’re going to do anything, get surgery, but don’t get procedures at all.. I’m still looking into other surgeries too~ and I still check my nose in the mirror every day to see if it looks okay, but.. I think my nose came out well, so I’m posting it ㅎ.. I can’t openly brag to my friends, so I wanted to confidently post it on a cosmetic surgery site at least!! Thanks for reading, everyone hehe
